My journey began in 2004, shadowing my mom, Marsha Cabral, who was already a well-known Broker Associate, tough, professional, and of the utmost integrity. I have carried her legacy forward, treating every client and transaction with the utmost care.

I’ve navigated every twist and turn of the real estate landscape, from the 2008 market crash to the post-pandemic surge. I’ve represented hundreds of clients on both sides of the table, guiding first-time buyers through the excitement of buying their first single-family home in bustling Fremont and advising seasoned sellers on maximizing returns from vast landholdings well suited for development or conservation.

My years as a Production Manager at Nestle, as a Chief Financial Officer for one of the largest privately held Site Development companies in the Bay Area, and my degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo give me a dynamic array of professional experience to bring to every transaction, promising integrity, real estate counsel, and strong contract negotiation. When not working, I am a farmer and livestock enthusiast. My goal is to always assist each client with their homeownership, land stewardship, and conservation for future generations.
